As an option, 2makeIT offers a so-called "Bumper-2-Bumper" support, which is an exchange program for any defective unit. DHL picks up the unit, which is then repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. Delivery will take place within a few days. It is also possible to customize your own spare parts stock. The standard warranty of 3 years can be extended to 5 years.
