2makeIT takes the concern for the Corona infection very seriously and does everything we as a company can
to protect our customers and employees from the outbreak. We are constantly following the course of events surrounding the spread of the virus and following the recommendations of the authorities, which are constantly updated.
We have also taken measures and updated internal guidelines to minimize the spread of infection as far as possible. These include:
• Travel in the service is minimized and digital meetings should be used as often as possible.
• Travel in the service to risk areas is not allowed.
• Employees who have returned from traveling in a risk area should not return to the workplace for the next 14 days.
In addition, all employees are informed about the spread of infection and the importance of good hand hygiene, and hand-spreading should be available in the workplaces. Managers have a responsibility to keep in touch with employees and ensure that sick employees do not stay in the workplace.
In cases where our customers have imposed restrictions that affect the possibility of delivering goods, we shall take them into account and maintain a continuous dialogue on delivery solutions to prevent delays to the extent possible.
